Miss Saigon Vietnamese Noodle House (Windermere) is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct and evaluate daily restaurant operations
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
- Evaluate daily operations
- Monitor staff performance
- Recruit staff
- Conduct performance reviews
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Required Skills
- Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word
- Point of sale system
- Spreadsheet
- Personal suitability, including client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask

Qualifications
- College diploma in hospitality management, restaurant management, business administration or equivalent experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of related experience
- Safe Food Handling Certificate
- ProServe Certification
