About This Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Esthetician to join our professional beauty services team. The successful candidate will provide a variety of skincare and beauty treatments designed to improve and maintain clients’ skin health and appearance. This role involves performing facial treatments, hair removal services, and other esthetic procedures while ensuring a relaxing, safe, and hygienic environment. The Esthetician will also assess clients’ skin conditions, recommend appropriate treatments and products, and educate clients on proper skincare routines. A strong focus on customer satisfaction, professional service delivery, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform facials, skin treatments, and cleansing services
- Provide hair removal services such as waxing and threading
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments
- Apply cosmetic products and skincare treatments
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards
- Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage
- Maintain treatment records and client service history
- Promote and sell skincare products and services
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are properly sanitized
- Provide excellent customer service and client care
