Pay Rate: 18.25 hourly / 40 to 60 hours per week

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

On site:  Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

·         Pruning

·         Tying

·         Weeding

·         Harvesting

·         Sorting and grading blueberries.

·         Maintenance, operate and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment.

·         Setup, inspect and repair irrigation system and equipment.

·         Identify plants, pests and weeds to determine the proper selection and application method of pesticides and fertilizers.

·         Perform practical activities, i.e. drive tractors, operate machinery, spray fields and inspect sprinklers.

·         Load products into trucks and/or drive trucks to market/storage.
