Nail Salon Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nail technician and salon staff
- Schedule work shifts and assign duties to employees
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
- Monitor staff performance and provide training and support
- Manage inventory of nail care products, tools and supplies, place orders when required
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns and complaints
- Promote salon services and help achieve sales and business targets
- Ensure salon is clean, organized and professionally maintained at all times
- Have knowledge in nail care services, products and techniques
- Assist with providing nail care services including manicure , pedicure during peak business periods or when operational needs required additional support
Required Skills
- Candidate must have knowledge in nail care services such as manicure, pedicure and latest beauty trends.
