Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations General Manager to lead and oversee our Canadian operations. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating the company's business activities across sales, marketing, channel development, e-commerce, and operational functions. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, and develop initiatives that support the company’s long-term objectives in the Canadian market. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to expand market presence across SMB, enterprise, government, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish business objectives and develop strategies, policies, and programs to support the company's growth, market expansion, and operational goals including distribution, system integrators, retail/e-commerce, and public sector markets.
- Authorize, organize, and oversee key business functions, including sales, channel development, marketing, customer support, and operational activities, ensuring organizational effectiveness and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Allocate and manage human, financial, and operational resources to implement business plans and initiatives; establish performance measures, forecasting processes, budget controls, and promotional strategies to support sustainable growth.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate managers, team leaders, and other key personnel; support talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives to build a high-performing organization.
- Coordinate and direct the activities of internal departments and external business partners, including distributors, system integrators, retailers, and strategic alliances, to ensure effective execution of company objectives and market strategies.
- Represent the company in negotiations, industry events, strategic partnerships, government engagements, and other official business functions; lead major customer relationships and large-scale projects across enterprise, public sector, education, healthcare, and government markets.
Required Skills
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of NAS (Network Attached Storage), video surveillance, networking, and IT storage infrastructure ecosystems.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to lead and execute business growth, market expansion, and operational strategies.
- Core Professional Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Management & Interpersonal Skills: Robust team management and cross-cultural leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, management, or a related field, with a focus on sales, business operations, or technology-related disciplines.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years of progressive management experience in sales, business operations, channel development, or a related leadership role.
- Industry Experience: Management experience preferably within the technology, IT infrastructure, storage, surveillance, or other service industries.
- Geographic/Market Experience: Demonstrated track record of managing business growth, market expansion, and operational strategies in international markets, preferably in the North American markets.
