Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to determine desired hairstyles and grooming preferences
- Perform men's haircuts using various cutting techniques
- Perform straight razor shaves and hot towel treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment
- Sterilize scissors, clippers, razors, combs, and other barbering tools
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Process client payments accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business
- Maintain inventory of barber supplies and notify management when stock is low
- Comply with all workplace health and safety policies
- Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive customer experience

- Legally eligible to work in Canada or willing to obtain the appropriate work authorization
