About This Role

JunApril Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Records Manager - business services to provide professional consulting and advisory services in business management, organizational improvement, AI governance, cybersecurity, privacy, records management, risk management and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will analyze clients' business operations, management systems, policies and procedures; identify operational, governance and compliance risks; and recommend practical improvements to strengthen organizational effectiveness, service quality and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze clients' managerial methods, organizational structures, business processes, systems and operating procedures and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct organizational, operational, risk, compliance and quality assessments to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of existing management policies, programs and controls.
  • Identify deficiencies and propose improvements to business methods, internal processes, governance systems and organizational procedures.
  • Advise clients on business management, process improvement, risk management, information governance, cybersecurity, privacy and records-management practices.
  • Conduct quality and compliance audits and support the development and implementation of quality-management, governance and assurance standards.
  • Assess AI-enabled systems, technology platforms and business processes for governance, privacy, cybersecurity, information-management and operational risks.
  • Develop and review policies, procedures, control frameworks, operating models, risk registers, assessment tools and remediation plans.
  • Review records-management practices, retention requirements, information lifecycle procedures and computerized records-management systems.
  • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate organizational programs, policies and business practices and recommend improvements.
  • Lead client consultations, stakeholder interviews, workshops, risk assessments and management presentations.
  • Prepare professional reports, gap assessments, recommendations, implementation roadmaps and executive presentations.
  • Coordinate consulting projects, monitor timelines and deliverables, and provide guidance to consultants, analysts and other project participants.
  • Support clients in implementing recommended organizational, operational, governance and service-quality improvements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional client service throughout consulting engagements.

Required Skills

  • The successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical ability, professional judgement, attention to detail, client focus, organizational skills, time management and effective interpersonal communication. The position requires the ability to manage competing priorities, work under deadlines and provide clear, practical recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, information systems, cybersecurity, management, e-commerce or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in business consulting, management advisory, risk management, cybersecurity, privacy, information governance, compliance or related work.
  • Experience conducting organizational assessments, management analysis, process improvement, risk assessments or quality/compliance audits.
  • Strong knowledge of business management, organizational analysis, risk management, project management and business process improvement.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, AI governance, privacy, information management and records-management principles.
  • ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor certification is required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other business and records-management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
