Savoy's South Indian Kitchen serves up South Indian cuisine in the Edmonton community. With five locations throughout Alberta Savoy's is looking to hire two new cooks to join their main Edmonton location.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare full meals and individual dishes according to established recipes and food presentation standards;
- Store prepared and unprepared food items and maintain an inventory;
- Prepare kitchen for service periods;
- Uphold health and safety standards and regulations in the kitchen;
- Cooking, assembling, and plating dishes or components of dishes;
- Keep workstation clean and hygienic;
- Work with senior chefs for menu planning, kitchen supply and food inventory;
- Oversee and train other kitchen staff including line cooks and prep cooks.
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of culinary experience
